About our Merchant Programs

We have created three merchant programs designed to meet the diverse needs of our partners.  Our programs include the Referral Merchant, Inventory Merchant, and Wholesale Merchant.

The Referral Merchants are individuals, or companies who are interested in providing our healing herbs to their customers without the requirement to stock inventory.  This No Inventory Model allows these entities to recommend our products by handing out literature discussing the benefits of our products.  We will provide posters, a Product Selection Assistant PDF, Order Form PDF, and product catalogs upon request.  These items are designed to educate individuals about the common and chronic health conditions that our formulas provide support for.  Individuals will order via phone or online directly from Healthy Living Solutions.  We will include a promotional code that allows for a 20% discount for the purchase of our products.  This promotional code is unique to each Referral Merchant.  The Referral Merchant will receive a 30% commission on all orders with their unique promotional code.  Commission does not apply to taxes or shipping costs.  All product returns will be decremented from future commission checks.  Commission checks will be mailed monthly unless less than $100 is earned in commissions for that month.  If this occurs then the commission check will be mailed at the end of the quarter.  Healthy Living Solutions will handle the complete order process thus allowing the Referral Merchant to focus on their core business.

Inventory Merchants are typically health care professionals in the Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Homeopathic fields along with small herbal supplement stores that purchase our product in bulk and sell directly to their customer base.  This provides them the ability to recommend the best herbal combinations to their clients and monitor their benefits of our herbs directly.  The Inventory Merchant program allows for health care providers to increase the revenues of their practice by providing safe, effective, and life improving herbal supplements to their clients.  Inventory Merchants receive significant discounts on our herbal products based upon both monthly purchase volumes and single purchase quantities.

Wholesale Merchants are medium and large corporations that purchase our products in significant bulk for multiple locations. Wholesale Merchants receive the best pricing on our herbal supplements that we offer.  We ship our products to a single distribution center for further distribution to the stores within the company or drop ship to the individual stores themselves.  If drop shipment is done to the individual stores then a monthly-consolidated report of all products shipped is sent to the main corporate office.

Tools to Succeed

Healthy Living Solutions wants all of our merchants to easily offer our great line of products to their customers. To this end we have developed a variety of tools to insure your success.  These tools include information about our products, Product Lists, Product Catalogs, drop shipping, access to our Wellness Consultants, and a distributor login, volume discounts, and through a partnership with STAR Technologies our Merchants can receive discounts on ecommerce site development assistance.

Our Product Catalog is conveniently sized at 5 by 8 inches.  It has a brief description of our products and has both a product table of contents and an Index for ease of use.  We have two versions of our Product Catalog.  The first version is designed for our Referral Merchant program.  The Referral Merchant catalog has our contact information through out it to make it easy to order but it also has a sticker with the Referral Merchant's unique 20% discount promotional code.  By entering this code when the customers order they receive 20% off on all orders and the Referral Merchant earns 30% on the cost of the product purchased.  The second version of our catalog does not contain Healthy Living Solutions contact information.  This redacted version was created to allow the Inventory Merchants to hand out our catalogs to their customers and have their contact information for ordering the products.  Inventory Merchants can include a customized order form with the catalog along with placing the contact information on the back page to the catalog.

Drop Shipping

We offer drop shipping to our Merchants on product orders for all Referral Merchants and Inventory Merchants.  There may be an additional fee charged to the Inventory Merchants for the drop shipping.  We use USPS & UPS for all of our shipping needs.  Packages can be shipped Next Day, 2 Day, and UPS Ground.

Wellness Consultants

Our Wellness Consultants are always available to answer questions for our Merchants on our line of unique herbal products. Our Wellness Consultants are trained with an in-depth knowledge the balancing and supportive qualities of our product line. Our Consultants also have access to the Medical Doctors and Master Herbalists that formulated these products.  They have an in-depth knowledge of Western Medicine and the Eastern Herbal Treatment Philosophy.*

Merchant Login. (Coming Soon)

We are creating a Merchant Login to our site so you can quickly make bulk purchases of our products. When you are purchasing through the Merchant Login you will automatically see products priced at your discount level.  Also if you make a bulk purchase that pushes you to the next discount level it will automatically be applied to your order before check-out.  We currently do not offer Net Terms.

Volume Discounting

We offer increasingly better discounts on our products based upon monthly volumes. We recognize the value that larger volume orders have for the company.  Large volume orders (over 1,000 bottles) allow us to save time and money on the packaging and shipping of our products and we pass these savings along to you.  Also as our overall volume grows we are able to purchase our herbs at a greater discount and again these savings are passed along to our merchant channel.  Contact a Healthy Living Solutions Representative at 877-505-4372 for volume discount prices.
