Q. How soon until I see results?
The majority of our customers took between 2-6 months for them to express their satisfaction with our products. But, since every person's body and situation is completely different, we never know how long it will take for someone to achieve the results they are looking for. Generally, in traditional Chinese medicine, herbs are taken for several months to achieve a more balanced and detoxified state. That is why we recommend taking our products for at least 3-12 months to give the body sufficient time to promote optimal harmony, body balance, detoxification and overall health and wellness.*
Q. What makes your products unique over other companies?
Our herbal formulas were created by medical doctors and master herbalist for their patients in Vietnam and Russia. Through the last 45 years, these formulas have stood the test of time. In each of our products, select herbal ingredients were chosen due to their active constituents, high qualities and effectiveness. In the manufacturing of our products, we use no fillers, binders or excipients like commonly found in most other companies. We also use the industry's highest concentration process which guarantees the maximum levels of active plant constituents (active ingredient).*
Q. How safe are these products?
Our products are made from only natural ingredients with no added chemicals, fillers, binders or common allergy causing ingredients. In our tablets, we use a natural rice starch coating and we only use hypoallergenic vegetarian capsules instead of the traditionally cheaper animal based capsules. Each batch of our herbal formulas is laboratory tested to insure purity and compliance of pesticides, heavy metals and microbial contaminants.*
Q. I am noticing healthy changes in my body for unrelated issues to the products I am taking. Is this possible?
Yes. Eastern Medicine approaches health issues very differently than from Western Medicine. Basically, in traditional Chinese medicine, they do not focus on treating disease but rather the underlying imbalance of the body. Under TCM philosophies, once the body is better balanced and in a state of harmony, TCM practitioners believe the body has a much greater chance of healing itself and improving normal healthy functions. Our products were developed using this philosophy.*
Q. How long have these types of herbal formulas been used?
Our formulas were initially used over 45 years ago in Vietnam by medical doctors and master herbalists for their patients. In the last 20 years they have also been used in Russia and the United States by doctors, herbalists, individuals and other healthcare providers to achieve a more healthy and balanced state.*
Q. Do your products have any "side effects"?
Since all natural substances like food, pet dander, herbs, trees and etc. may cause a reaction on a small population of sensitive individuals, we recommend taking a reduced amount of product when you first start taking anything new. Our herbal products do not have negative side effects like ones associated with pharmaceutical drugs, but, the body can experience detoxification side effects due to the natural cleansing properties of our herbs. As the body begins to eliminate stored toxins, these toxins can cause side effects as they are removed from the body.*
Q. How do your products help detoxify the body?
When you begin taking our natural products, the body may begin to balance and optimize the liver, kidney and other organs as well as detoxification pathways in the body. When these detoxification pathways becomes healthier, the body can begin to excrete stored toxins such as previously taken drugs, pesticides, pollutants, bacteria, chemicals and other toxic substances that are trying to come out of the body.
While detoxification is a very healthy factor, symptoms can include headaches, acne, diarrhea, constipation, nausea or fatigue. That is why we recommend taking a reduced amount when you begin any herbal program to minimize or eliminate completely, any side effects symptoms from occurring. We also recommend drinking at least 8 ounces of pure water, 8-10 times per day during this detoxification period.*
Q. What is the best way to take your supplements?
We recommended you take our products on an empty stomach either 30-60 minutes before a meal, 2 hours after a meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Drink at least 8 ounces of room temperature to warm water with our products. For optimal balancing benefits, do not skip a serving. If you forget a serving, then simply take one before you go to bed.*
Q. How can I achieve better results?
Take the products as directed. Work with a licensed nutritionist or dietician to set up a healthier and supportive diet that is designed for your body and set of circumstances. Educate yourself about the many possible health options available to you both online and from books. For faster absorption, herbal tablets may be crushed into a powder and mixed with water. Capsules can be emptied into water and drank as a tea. If you are currently taking prescription medication, always take our supplements at a different time than your medication since prescription drugs may cause imbalance to the body and lessen the effectiveness of the balancing qualities of our herbal compounds.*
Q. Why does my M.D. not know about your products or about herbs in general?
Sorry, but we are not responsible for what your doctor does not know. It is unfortunate that medical doctors do not receive any education in medical school regarding the use of herbs since most of their training surrounds the implementation of pharmaceutical drugs to treat only the symptoms of disease. As always, we continue to hope that all healthcare practitioners will take a personal interest to self-educate themselves about all possible health options available for their patients.*
Q. Can anyone take your supplements?
Since these products are natural dietary supplements, we feel that they are perfect for most individuals when taken as directed. Exceptions are made for sensitive or allergic individuals or children who we advise to take a reduced ¼ to ½ dosages. Women who are lactating or pregnant should consult with their primary care physician prior to beginning any dietary supplement*
Q. Can your products be taken at the same time as prescription medication?
Yes. But we do suggest that you take our supplements at a different time than your medication since prescription drugs may cause imbalance to the body and lessen the effectiveness of the natural balancing qualities of our herbal compounds. For additional advice, speak to a knowledgeable doctor.*
Q. What should I do if my doctor will not recommend me to take your products?
As with any advice from any doctor, we always advise people to get a second opinion from a knowledgeable healthcare practitioner. Since most western trained physicians are not educated in herbal medicine, it is not likely that they will recommend something they know nothing about. In addition, we understand their reluctance since we also would not recommend something we know nothing about. But, we also wouldn't accept a "yes or no" recommendation from someone who isn't trained in that field of expertise.
In these cases, we advise you to seek out an educated healthcare practitioner that understands and is trained in the use of herbs. They should be able to provide you an educated second opinion. The majority of our customers, who have done this, have received very positive recommendations about taking our products. Remember that you are ultimately in control of your own health.*
Q. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we most likely ship to your country. If your country has Fed-Ex or U.P.S. service then there is a good chance that we can ship our products to you. If you do not find your country on our order form please contact us and we will verify.

Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping and handling costs within the continental US is $7.00 for standard UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (our choice). For UPS Second Day Air, we charge a flat rate of $15.00. For Hawaii or Alaska we charge a flat rate of $25 for UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (our choice). We also offer Next Day air (please call for exact quote). For Canada orders, we charge a flat rate of $35 for UPS Worldwide Express. For international countries, we charge a minimum of $45US and depending on your area and weight of the package it can increase (we contact you once you place your order and get an approval from you for any additional shipping charges).
Q. If I do not have a Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, or American Express Card what other methods of payment do you accept?
If you live in the United States or Canada we accept Checks in the mail or over the phone, Money Orders, or Western Union Wire Transfer. For international clients we only accept International Money Orders or Western Union Wire Transfers.
Q. How do I send money through Western Union?
