I have had Psoriasis for about 6 years.  It is mostly on my elbows, knees, scalp and calves.  I get it behind my ears and a little on my arms, chest and stomach but not too much.  It seems to get worse in the winter and can sometimes be very, very itchy.

The absolute worst part about it though is the trail of skin flakes I leave behind me.  I hate the fact that I will accidentely scratch at a patch and leave a snowstorm of flakes whereever I am at.  I have tried all kinds of external medications provided by my Dermatologist and none of them did much.  I have used Tar shampoos, and I even tried, with some luck, a bug spray that would sting like hell but reduced about 25% of my Psoriasis as long as I kept it up.
